What is a LUXN card?
LUXN Card is the first Sri Lankan smart digital business card. One card for a lifetime You can share all your contact details directly on your client’s or any other person’s phone with a single tap. Every LUXN card works with any smartphone using NFC and QR code technologies.
We have several types of LUXN cards.
What are the differences between these LUXN card types?
The Classic White, Classic Black, and Premium cards have a personal profile, while the company card has a company profile. Other than that, card designs and colors differ from each other. Other features are the same.
With custom cards, you can get a fully customized card design. Also, you can select a profile type that best fits you. (Personal Profile or a Company Profile)
Teams’ cards are designed for teams, businesses, etc. You can get fully customized LUXN cards for your whole team. You have to purchase a minimum of five cards to get this type of card. This card type has a team's profile where you can add both personal and company contact details, including social media links and images, etc.
What material is LUXN Card?
LUXN Card is made of durable and waterproof plastic. Our cards are sturdy yet flexible.
What are the advantages of this card?
Does the other person need a LUXN card?
No, If the other person’s phone has NFC, then tap your card on the phone, and your LUXN profile will load on their phone. If the phone doesn’t have NFC, they can scan the QR code.
Also, if you need to get their contact details, you can use the "CONNECT" feature in the LUXN profile.
Does the LUXN card work with any smartphone?
Yes. If the phone has NFC, tap the card on the phone, and it will open your LUXN profile on the phone’s browser. If the phone doesn’t have NFC, they can scan the QR code.
Technical
What phone are compatible?
Between the tap and scan features, LUXN Card works with all modern
smartphones.
The tap function is compatible with NFC-enabled smartphones.
For all other phones, please scan the QR code on the back of the card.
How does LUXN Card works?
If the other person’s phone has NFC, then tap the card on the phone, and it will open your LUXN profile in their phone’s browser. Or they can scan the QR code and share your LUXN profile with the other person.

Can I change the details on my LUXN profile later?
Yes, you can. You can log in to your LUXN account and change all your contact details, including theme colors and background images, at any time.
What is NFC?
Near Field Communication (NFC) is a standards-based short-range wireless connectivity technology that makes life easier and more convenient for consumers around the world by making it simpler to make connections, make transactions, exchange digital content, and connect electronic devices with a touch.
Does every smartphone have NFC?
No, But most of the newest smartphones are compatible with NFC.
Do android phones have NFC?
Yes, both android and iPhones have NFC.
How to turn on NFC on iPhones?
iPhones that were released after the iPhone X are not required to turn on NFC
since it is always on in the background. Other previous iPhones must read LUXN
cards from an NFC tag reader, as below:
Is it necessary to have NFC on our phones?
No. To work with the "TAP" feature, it is necessary to have NFC on your smartphone. But if you don’t have NFC on your phone, then you can scan the QR code to get the LUXN profile.
How can we check whether our phone has NFC?
You can search on google with your phone model(Ex: Samsung S8 has NFC?)
Delivery
What is the delivery charge and how long will it take to deliver?
For Sri Lankan buyers! (Island wide delivery) There are 2 options for
delivery
For International buyers! (World wide delivery)
Note: Saturday, Sunday and all other public holidays are not working days. our delivery partner is Pronto Lanka delivery service. delivery dates are not promised. sometimes it can be a little late due to some reasons that occur when delivering your order. we request your patience. we're trying to get you your order as soon as possible!
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card payments, bank transfers, KOKO payments, and crypto payments are accepted.
Is there any cash on delivery service?
No, Since we are creating a card for you, cash on delivery service is not available.
What is the return policy?
After the card is delivered to you, if there is any damage or
any issue with the card print, we will give you a 50% refund.
Also, if the LUXN card is not working after the card is delivered to
you, we will give you a full
refund or a new card.
Please be noted that we are not refunding the delivery charges. Make sure to
contact the LUXN team immediately. In case there are any card defects, it needs
to be notified maximum within 24hours after you recevice the card.
Teams
What is the difference between LUXN for Teams Card and other LUXN cards ( Classic white & black / Premium / Company Cards)
LUXN for Teams cards have a team's profile, while other cards have a personal profile or a company profile.
Can we customize the LUXN for Teams Card design?
Yes, You can get fully customized design cards.
Can we reuse the LUXN for Teams Cards after employees leave?
Yes, you can. When you purchase LUXN for Teams cards, you will get LUXN profiles separately for each card. You can change the profile details for the next employee who is going to use the card.
Mobile App
How to register for the LUXN mobile app?
- Purchase a LUXN card.
- Use the account provided with the LUXN card to log in to the mobile app.
- Download the LUXN app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I reset my password?
- Open the LUXN mobile app.
- Tap on "Forget Password".
- Enter your registered email and tap "Send".
- Or, visit the web portal at https://luxncard.com/forget.html , enter your email, and click "Email Me".
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password and regain access to your account.
How to scan or tap the card via the LUXN mobile app?
Tap LUXN Card:
- Open the LUXN mobile app.
- Tap "Tap LUXN Card".
- Hold your phone near the card. If NFC isn't enabled, turn it on in your phone settings.
Scan LUXN Card:
- Open the LUXN mobile app.
- Tap "Scan LUXN Card".
- Hold the QR code on your card in front of the camera. Make sure the app has access to your camera in your phone settings.
Can I share my contact details with someone without a LUXN card?
Yes, you can! You can share your contact details using the LUXN app by sharing your QR code or digital profile link, even if the other person doesn't have a LUXN card.
What is “Connections”?
"Connections" is a feature in the LUXN app that lets you exchange contact details with people who don't have a LUXN card or traditional business card. Simply fill in the details and click "Connect". When someone connects with you, their details are automatically added to your connections, ensuring you never lose an important contact.
How to save contact details received via Connect?
- Select the contact details you want to save.
- Click on "Save Contact".
How to remove a connection received?
- Select the contact details you want to remove.
- Swipe to the left side to delete the connection.
How to change the profile type, from classic to PRO?
Click on the "Upgrade to Pro" toggle button.
How to change the LUXN profile details?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Edit Profile" page.
- Choose the detail you want to change.
- Enter the new details.
- Click on the "Save" button.
How to change the profile picture?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Edit Profile" page.
- Click on the profile image.
- Choose the image you want.
- Click the "Save" button.
How to change the theme colours?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Edit Profile" page.
- Choose "Color" and select a colour from the palette.
- Click the "Save" button.
How to add social media accounts to your profile?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Edit Profile" page.
- Click on the icon of the social media account you want to add.
- Add the link to your social media account.
- Click the "Save" button.
Can I add photos?
Yes! You can add photos. Simply open the LUXN app and go to the settings, then visit the Gallery page.
How to delete an image in the gallery?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Gallery" page.
- Tap and hold on the image you want to delete.
- Click the "Delete" button once the image is selected.
How to change the password?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Change Password" page.
- Enter the current, new, and confirm password.
- Click the "Update" button.
How to change the email?
- Open the LUXN app and go to settings.
- Select the "Change Login Email" page.
- Enter the current email, new email, and password.
- Click the "Update" button.
- You will receive an email for the new email you entered.
- Click on "verify" to confirm and change the email.
Ambassador
How do I become an ambassador?
Complete the application for an ambassadorship on the LUXN website, and you will get notification if you're approved. Then you can instantly get a link that you can begin sharing.
How do I monitor my sales and progress?
You can log into your LUXN ambassador dashboard (https://luxncard.com/login.html) and copy your referral link or code, track sales, see payments, and more!
